Overview

That’s my job as a coach – to help you claim your beautiful wooden “going through” doors and cheer you on as you walk through them. We all have goals, dreams for ourselves, milestones to achieve and versions of ourselves that have yet to be actualized. There does not need to be anything wrong or problematic to seek coaching. Coaching is structured, goal and change oriented. We focus on your growth and places you want to go. I offer a one time complimentary session if you are exploring coaching with me.

I am in the process of getting certified through the International Coaching Federation.
