I offer Spiritual Companionship and Therapy through EB Integrated. I recently launched Feather & Fuel, a company that solely offers coaching services. I am now accepting new clients.

What I Offer
Coaching
There does not need to be anything wrong or problematic to seek coaching. Coaching is structured, goal and change oriented. We focus on your growth and places you want to go. I offer a one time complimentary session if you are exploring coaching with me.
Spiritual Companionship
Spiritual companions are trained listeners, doulas, and companions on the spiritual journey. They are not experts who fix, give advice, or tell one what to do. Spiritual companionship offers a safe, gentle, non-judgmental, and confidential place to attend to spiritual health.
Therapy
I have been a bilingual licensed clinical therapist (Spanish) in the Goshen community for the past decade. I utilize Ego state therapy (IFS), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), sand therapy, projective art, acupressure, and SEVA stress release (SSR).
Special Events
I host several special events throughout the year. This includes events targeted for women, families and often have an outdoor component where people can connect to each other and to the earth.
